Pearl Street Mall is a four block pedestrian mall stretching along Pearl Street between 11th and 15th Streets, hosting a blend of locally-owned businesses, national chain stores and restaurants, and street buskers. The Pearl Street Mall was constructed starting in 1976 and officially dedicated on August 6, 1977.
